Privacy Notice
Last updated: May 2026
This is an English summary. The legally binding version is the Spanish text required by Mexico's LFPDPPP, available at luvo.fit/es/legal/privacidad.
Luvo is a product operated by Salvador Lopez (Axvia Solutions), a Mexican sole proprietor with its place of business in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico. This notice summarizes how we handle personal data from studios and their members. The full version is available on request at privacidad@luvo.fit.
What data we collect
- Studio account data (name, email, phone, optional tax ID).
- Member data (name, email, phone, attendance, payments).
- Technical data (IP, browser, usage events).
- Payment data processed by Stripe, Mercado Pago, and Conekta.
- WhatsApp messages and phone numbers when a studio connects WhatsApp Business via Meta Cloud API.
What we use it for
To operate the service: authenticate users, process bookings, charge payments, send notifications, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
WhatsApp Business
When a studio connects WhatsApp Business via Meta Cloud API, we process their members' phone numbers and message contents to send and receive messages on the studio's behalf. Members can opt out by replying STOP at any time. The studio can disconnect the integration from Settings; doing so deletes the access token issued by Meta.
Your rights
