Terms of Service

This is an English summary. The legally binding version is the Spanish text, available at luvo.fit/es/legal/terminos. Studios outside Mexico that prefer English-governing terms should write to legal@luvo.fit before signing up.

This document summarizes the terms under which Axvia Solutions, SA de CV (Luvo) provides the service to studios. By creating an account you accept these terms. The complete legally binding version is sent with the subscription contract when you sign up.

Service and plans

Luvo is a SaaS management platform for boutique studios. Current plans and prices are listed at luvo.fit/en/precios. We offer 30 days free, no card required.

Payments

The subscription is billed monthly in USD via Stripe. Payments your studio receives from its members are processed directly in your connected Stripe, Mercado Pago, or Conekta account. Luvo is not a financial institution and does not operate as a money transmitter.

Cancellation

You can cancel the subscription anytime from the admin. Access continues to the end of the period already paid. We do not refund in-progress periods except in case of a fault attributable to Luvo.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Production SLOs are published at status.luvo.fit when the status page is public. Our cumulative maximum liability to the studio is limited to the amount the studio paid in the 12 months prior to the event.
